If your child becomes ill during the care time you will be contacted at once.  It will be the Manageress’ decision as to the need to send the child home.

Every child has a right to two weeks holiday (x2 of care) free of charge yearly.  This arrangement should be notified at least 1 months beforehand by letter to the Manageress.  There is an option for you to pay ? fees during school holidays.  Your option cannot be varied.

A Notice board will note activities/menus/staff of the Nursery and any sudden changes that have been made.  You are encouraged to read it.

You are welcome to read all the business policies in the office and they can be discussed with the Manageress/Director if prior arrangement is made.  This includes arrangements in an emergency, behaviour, equal opportunities and complaints procedure.

A medication form must be completed and returned signed and authorised before any medication can be administered.

Any dietary requirements should have been noted and i agree to notify the nursery of any changes.
